When the International Dairy Foods Association partnered recently with pollsters Morning Consult to conduct a national tracking poll of 2,200 Americans to better understand consumer preferences for fluid milk and related beverages, the results didn’t really blow me away. Yes, they are favorable toward dairy milk and as a booster of dairy, that gets me going. But other surveys and shopper data show very clearly that dairy is thriving.
