In a crisis, you need leaders who are focused and can provide direction and guidance to their teams. Leaders make themselves visible and address the crisis head on. They offer a clear picture of their goals and communicate openly and honestly with their teams and constituencies.
In this third edition of the Women in Dairy Virtual Gatherings, we will highlight those characteristics that set leaders apart during challenging times and the critical role that communication plays.
The Virtual Gathering will be hosted by Lynne Bohan, Vice President, Public Relations and Government Affairs, HP Hood LLC.
