Sarah Paleg is the Director of Sustainability for the flexible packaging business group in North America, where she collaborates with customers on their packaging sustainability strategy and leads internal sustainable manufacturing efforts. With a background in chemical engineering and deep expertise in sustainability strategy, she helps drive innovation and progress toward circularity in the flexible packaging industry.
Before joIning Amcor, Sarah was a strategy consultant, where she partnered with Fortune 500 clients to develop and implement decarbonization and sustainability strategies. Her experience spans a range of industries, giving her a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities in sustainable action.
Sarah holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. She is passionate about bridging technical insights with business strategy to create scalable, impactful change.
