Sarah Lackey serves as the Factory Director for the Flora Food Group's creams factory in Hugoton, Kansas. As Factory Director, Sarah is responsible for leading the Hugoton location.
Sarah graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Bacteriology. Prior to joining Flora Food Group, she spent over 21 years at General Mills, where she held the positions of Quality Manager, Senior Quality Engineer, Continuous Improvement Senior Leadership Team, Manufacturing Manager, Convenience & Foodservice Supply Chain Manager, and Medallion Labs Organization Manager. Before working for General Mills, she was a Quality Assurance Analytical Manager and Quality Engineer.
Sarah has 3 daughters (Abigial 28, Emily 20, and Natalie 17). In her free time, Sarah enjoys lifting weights, DIY house projects, and is looking forward to finding a local church to volunteer. She also spends time volunteering with feeding efforts and childcare.
