As a leader, Miguel is enthusiastic about translating business needs into people solutions, focusing on a holistic approach, strong relationships, and deep understanding of the enterprise and its people. He also has a strong passion for leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and culture, pillars he believes are key for the success of any team and company. He lives in Denver/CO with his husband, Jim, and in his free time you can find him travelling the world or exploring Denver’s growing food scene with friends.
