Matt Talcoff is a partner and RSM US LLP’s Washington National Tax leader. He leads a team of more than 100 tax professionals serving middle market businesses and high net worth individuals globally. Matt is a current member of the RSM US LLP Board of Directors. As leader of RSM’s Washington National Tax practice, Matt ensures we bring the power of our firm to our clients by bringing our most technical tax professionals forward to solve complex issues and identify opportunities on a daily basis.
He has over 30 years of experience assisting clients with tax compliance and planning, transaction advisory services, and streamlining, integration and automation of their tax and financial accounting, compliance, research, and knowledge management systems. Matt has worked with both public and privately held companies. His areas of focus include retail and consumer products and working with investment fund executives.
