Lynn Sedwick is a tax partner at RSM US LLP with more than 30 years of experience serving closely held businesses and high-wealth individuals. She specializes in tax planning and compliance for real estate, construction and agriculture clients. Lynn is based in Orlando, where she leads the local tax practice and serves as the Southeast market leader for RSM’s family office services. She also serves as the tax inclusion leader. Lynn advises partnerships, S corporations and high net worth individuals, including those operating within family office structures. She has guided clients through tax planning related to property and entity acquisitions, cost segregation studies, transfer pricing, and multistate tax issues such as nexus and sales tax compliance.
Her focus includes succession planning and structural reviews for entities experiencing ownership changes. She also leverages tax modeling to design efficient strategies at both the entity and ownership levels, facilitating alignment with long-term financial goals.
