Kareem Mohamednur is a partner in PwC’s Procurement and Sourcing practice in Chicago. He has significant Supplier Management experience across a variety of industries including Consumer, Retail, Energy & Utilities, Pharma, Healthcare, and Manufacturing. He has advised clients in the areas of Sustainable Sourcing, Supplier Diversity, Strategic Sourcing, Spend Management and Analytics, Procurement Op Models, and Procurement Process and Tech. Kareen leads PwC’s responsible sourcing and supplier diversity capabilities to help organizations advance their efforts in driving ESG goals across their supply chain. He developed a series of playbooks for a global snack and beverage company to provide guidance to their buyers and suppliers to drive regenerative agriculture practices at the farm level and support achievement of their sustainability goals including enhancing opportunities for women and minority owned and operated farms, reducing GHG emissions, enhancing biodiversity, and improving watershed quality.  Kareem also designed a responsible sourcing governance program and operating model for a global pharmaceutical distributor to identify and reduce risks across human rights issues within the supply chain, and evaluated the ESG strategy and developed a framework for driving sustainability goals down to the execution level for a global drug wholesaler.
