Dennis Rodenbaugh is the president and CEO of Dairy Farmers of America (DFA), a $24 billion global food and beverage manufacturing company. DFA is the second-largest dairy foods company in the world, with 19,000 employees and over 80 U.S.-based manufacturing plants. Rodenbaugh has been with DFA since 2007 and became CEO in 2022. He advocates for the 10,000 dairy farm families represented by DFA. He also serves in various industry roles, including vice chair of the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy and on the executive board of directors for the National Milk Producers Federation.
