Becca Kerr is the CEO of fairlife. She leads the team in developing the strategy and setting the vision in pursuit of long and short-term performance wins, always putting the consumer at the center.
Prior to joining fairlife, Becca spent five years at Nike, where her last role was the VP/GM of the North America Women’s Business. Prior to joining Nike, Becca spent 15 years at PepsiCo in a variety of sales and marketing roles. Her last position at PepsiCo was the SVP/GM of the juice business.
Born and raised in Silver Spring, MD, Becca is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland. She and her husband, Tim, live in Chicago with their two sons. Becca serves on the board of the USO.
