Anne Randles

Director of Corporate Affairs for Ornua and President of Eucolait, the European Dairy Trade Association

Anne Randles leads the Corporate and Regulatory Affairs function in Ornua. Ornua is an Irish cooperative and Ireland’s largest dairy exporter, exporting to some 110 markets globally and the proud owner of the Kerrygold brand, the No 1 imported butter brand in the U.S.

Anne is responsible for Ornua’s external stakeholder and trade policy engagement, and for internal regulatory and trade compliance.

She has extensive international work experience, having lived and worked in Brussels, Belgium for a total of 11 years over 2 secondments and was elected President of Eucolait in June 2025.

Eucolait is the European Dairy Trade Association and represents some 430 dairy trading companies from 21 countries, with an estimated combined turnover of €80 billion.

Anne also serves on a number of other dairy industry related board, committees and working groups both in Ireland and abroad and is:

  • Chair of the International Dairy Federation (IDF) National Committee for Ireland and member of the IDF Standing Committee on Dairy Policy and Economics
  • a Director of Dairy Industries Ireland,
  • a member of the Dairy Subsidiary Board of Bord Bia
  • Board member of the Butter Museum in Cork

Anne previously chaired the European Commission’s Civil Dialogue Group on Milk (2020-2021)

She is an honours graduate from the National University of Ireland and holds a Masters Degree in Economics.  She also holds a Diploma in Corporate Direction with the Institute of Directors and was Secretary to the Board of Ornua for 11 years (2008-2019).
