In March 2023, IDFA surveyed 168 members of the IDFA Women in Dairy network to benchmark how women feel about the level of support they have received within the industry and the opportunity for growth they believe they have moving forward. IDFA also solicited feedback on the association's Women in Dairy programming and communications.
