How does a pint of ice cream reach the top of the market? “It's a remarkable story," said John Crawford, vice president of client insights for dairy at IRI, in a recent Los Angeles Times article featuring Halo Top ice cream and the numbers behind its success.

Crawford, a dairy market expert, will join his colleague Chris von der Linden, senior vice president of consumer and shopper marketing at IRI, as a featured speaker at the International Sweetener Colloquium, Feb. 11-14 in Orlando. They will review retail and consumer trends regarding channel preferences and shifts in shopper behavior and examine sweetener trends in key categories throughout the store.

The event will offer in-depth analyses of international, U.S. and Mexican sweetener markets, as well as discussions of the trends, issues and opportunities facing the industry today.
