Complimentary registration is available through IDFA for all dairy company employees who want to attend the event, Sept. 25-27, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

IDFA will join its trade show partner, PMMI, the Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, and more than 2,000 suppliers of packaging equipment, materials, containers, automation technology and other supply chain products to welcome the more than 30,000 attendees who are expected to attend.

Attendees and suppliers can drop off their business cards at the IDFA booth for a chance to win an official NFL football signed by Peyton Manning, the former quarterback and five-time winner of the league’s Most Valuable Player award.

Making a Difference for Dairy

“IDFA provides a wealth of comprehensive information about the dairy industry that is not available anywhere else, and we’ll be sharing the highlights at our booth,” said Cindy Cavallo, IDFA director of membership. She mentioned several examples, including background on dairy policy issues, food safety guidance and compliance, economic analyses and market updates, international trade and standards, crisis management, training programs and manuals, and directories of members. She added that IDFA will also demonstrate its new economic impact tool, which showcases the economic contributions of dairy foods manufacturers in the United States. “The challenges and opportunities facing the industry are apparent, and IDFA is becoming increasingly proactive in its approach to represent the industry and its best interests,” she added.
