From an ecological exploration into the Everglades to a custom cocktail crash-course, Dairy Forum 2017, Jan. 29-Feb 1 in Orlando, Fla., is offering several activities to double-up on fun for accompanying spouses, family members and guests.

Spa Experience

An interactive morning of guilt-free pleasure awaits as you make your way through a variety of spa stations and activities, including chair massage, hand massage, eye treatment, smoothie bar and make your own body scrub. A yoga class is also available for a flexible and centered experience. Afterward, continue to relax in the spa lounges, saunas, steam rooms and whirlpools.

The Art of Mixology

In Orlando, creating craft cocktails has become a full-fledged movement. Go beyond the appletini and learn about the art of inventing a new drink. After a professional mixologist demonstrates how different ingredients work together, you’ll get to create your own one-of-a-kind beverages. Tasting is not required, but it is encouraged, and refreshments will be provided.

Eco-Tour on Shingle Creek

Florida’s natural preserves are home to a wide range of nature’s most beautiful and fascinating creatures. Paddle a kayak or canoe through Shingle Creek, the northernmost headwaters of the Everglades watershed. Get an up-close and personal look at native species such as alligators, bald eagles, osprey and barred owls in their natural habitats. Led by a professionally trained Florida Master Naturalist, this stunning eco-tour will explore the beauty of Florida as you’ve never seen it.

Optional activities are open to all attendees, spouses, family members, and guests accompanying registrants of Dairy Forum 2017 and developed to complement Dairy Forum’s full agenda of educational and networking opportunities.
