The annual Dairy Accounting and Finance Workshop is coming up Nov. 16-17 in Rosemont, Ill., and Carl Herbein, president and CEO of Herbein + Company, Inc. and course presenter, is ready to give your balance sheet a boost.

Herbein, a dairy accounting expert who has presented the course with IDFA for 20 consecutive years, outlines in a brief video six important updates to this year’s workshop: plant shrink control, cost of direct store delivery, tax issues specific to dairy, state-of-the-art financial reporting methods, best practices on cost of manufacturing and maintaining a healthy balance sheet.
