Next year will be one of change, challenge and opportunity for the dairy industry, according to Connie Tipton, IDFA president and CEO. Dairy Forum, which will be held January 24-27 in Phoenix, will tackle the major changes expected throughout the coming year and encourage discussion around the challenges and opportunities that come with change.

In a new video message inviting dairy industry leaders to join her at Dairy Forum, Tipton explains, “Whether it’s changing consumers, challenges in farm and plant operations or new global opportunities, the industry benefits from coming together to discuss how to navigate into the future.”

Over the course of the four-day meeting, sessions will explore industry issues such as changes in global populations and markets, water usage in food production, trade agreements, risk management, food safety, cyber security and crisis communications.

Dairy Forum will be held from January 24-27 at the Arizona Biltmore, a Waldorf Astoria Resort in Phoenix. Founded in 1929, the Biltmore was a favorite hangout for Hollywood stars such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis, Jr. and their “rat pack” friends. Mementos of this golden age of Hollywood can be found throughout the resort.
