Today, Uwe is an international leader with a track record of transformational success over 25+ years working in various regions across the globe.
Uwe is currently working for FrieslandCampina Ingredients North America as the CEO/Regional Sales Office Director. He has held senior management positions at Agrana, Cargill, Kerry, BASF and Doehler Food Ingredients and started his professional career as a pastry maker in Germany.
He believes that anything not founded on integrity is doomed to failure, and with this he demands a consistency in business principles and values. He is a champion of diversity and coach to inclusiveness based upon individual and collective enrichment and the added value benefit it brings to business.
His career has provided the opportunity to develop his skills and gather experiences across a number of business disciplines and cultures â one of the key foundations for success being a high willingness to learn as well as openness and tolerance.
He holds a Master of Science in wine making and beverage technology, an MBA from Rotterdam School of Business and he is a trained pastry chef.
Uwe and his wife Lindsey live in Cleveland, OH and they have three children, Remy (6), Lenni (3) and Luisa (1). In his free time Uwe likes to road bike and occasionally runs of 5k or 10kâs.
