Taylor Boone joined the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) in 2017 as the regulatory affairs coordinator. Since arriving at IDFA, she has grown into a people operations role where her love of people drives her passion for capitalizing on each team member’s strengths to help them thrive in the workplace. In her current role, she is responsible for the operational aspects of the organization and works closely with the people strategy and finance teams to support IDFA’s People Strategy programs & human resources.
Prior to joining IDFA, Taylor earned her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science and Technology from the University of Maryland, College Park.
