Shawn Pinon has spent over 40 years in the dairy industry. He started in 1980 with Beatrice Foods in the
Meadow Gold Dairy Division. During his career, he has worked in all aspects of the business and has had
direct oversight of fluid milk, frozen dessert and cultured operations. With the consolidation of the dairy
industry he has worked at Borden Dairy, Southern Foods, Suiza and Dean Foods. He is currently Senior Vice
President of Prairie Farms, Hiland Division. Shawn is married with 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
