Regan Ebert is a seasoned consumer brand marketer with over 25 years experience at leading CPG companies including General Mills, PepsiCo, Keurig Dr. Pepper and now Danone North America where she is the President of the Premium Dairy business unit. In this capacity she leads a 60-plus person cross functional team with accountability for all aspects of the $750MM business unit that houses the Horizon Organic brand.
Regan joined Danone in January 2020 as Senior Vice President of Marketing for the Premium Dairy business unit. In this role, she led marketing and product innovation for both the Horizon and Wallaby brands and launched the new Horizon Growing Years platform. Additionally, Regan led the work behind company’s commitment to become carbon positive by 2025 on the Horizon brand.
Prior to joining Danone, Regan was most recently Senior Vice President of Marketing for Keurig Dr Pepper. In this role, Regan led Brand Marketing for the Non-Carbonated Beverage Portfolio and also for the Ales and Sparkling Water brands. In addition to Brand Marketing, Regan had responsibility for the Media team, the Digital Center of Excellence, the Content Marketing Center of Excellence, the Hispanic Marketing Center of Excellence, and the Mexico and Canadian marketing teams.
Regan and her husband Todd live in Boulder, CO, and have two daughters, Katie 22, and Jen 19. Since moving to Colorado, Regan has become an avid outdoor enthusiast. She loves running, hiking, biking and skiing.
