Poe Timmons is the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, an omni-channel super premium ice cream company with retail locations in 15 states and products sold in over 15,000 conventional and specialty grocery stores across the United States. With over 30 years of experience across publicly traded, private equity–backed, and privately held companies, Poe is a trusted financial and operational leader known for driving growth, efficiency, and enterprise value across the retail, restaurant, and consumer product sectors. Since joining Jeni’s in 2017, Poe has led transformative improvements in financial discipline, pricing strategy, and operational performance - fueling consistent double digit revenue growth and securing key capital investments to support the company’s expansion. Prior to Jeni’s, Poe held executive leadership roles at The Dispatch Printing Company, Tween Brands, and Safelite Group. She began her career at Deloitte, where she became the first female partner in the Columbus office.
