Pedro Silveira is CEO of Cacique Foods, America’s leading Hispanic foods company and the #1 brand of authentic Mexican-style cheeses, cremas, chorizos, and salsas.
Previously, Silveira served as President of North America Ventures at Mondelēz International, where he led the growth of innovative snacking brands such as Tate’s Bake Shop, Perfect Snacks, Hu Chocolate, and Enjoy Life, following senior leadership roles at Danone as President of Yogurts in the U.S. and President of Danone Canada.
Silveira began his career at Unilever in Brazil in 1993, later holding various leadership positions across Brazil, the UK, Colombia, Europe, and North America. Known for purpose-driven leadership, top-line growth, and operational excellence, he is focused on accelerating Cacique’s expansion in fast-growing, multi-billion-dollar categories.
He currently resides in Miami, with his wife and three children.
