As Senior Director, Regulatory Affairs and Policy, Lynn Morrissette oversees product regulatory compliance and policy strategy for HP Hood LLC. A seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in global food regulatory compliance, policy, and manufacturing. She has spent 10+ years reformulating, commercializing, and leading compliance of ice creams and frozen desserts for recognized US and international brands. Lynn has served as a member of the US Delegations to the Codex Committees on Food Additives, and Meat and Poultry Hygiene. She has been the Chairman for IDFA’s Standard’s and Labeling Committee since 2023 and is a current member of the Board of Directors for the Northeast Dairy Foods Association. Lynn holds a B.S. in Food Science Technology and an M.S. in Agricultural Economics.
