Kim Parks joined Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) in January 2005. In her current role as Vice President, Business Optimization, Ingredients and Powder, Kim leads the development and execution of the Dairy Food Ingredients strategy and has accountability for the overall business and P&L. Kim has previously served as Vice President, DFA Risk Management, as well as roles within dairy commodity purchasing, risk management, key account management and dispatch throughout her tenure at DFA. Kim grew up in the dairy industry. Her family operates a 200 cow dairy operation and is a member of DFA. She attended Kansas State University, graduating with a degree in Agribusiness. Prior to DFA, Kim worked as a risk management consultant for INTL FCStone.
