Jason began his career at Schreiber in 2006 as a Production Supervisor at the Clearfield plant in Clinton, Missouri. Over the years, he held various leadership roles across the globe, including Team Leader positions in Logan, Utah, and San Jose, Uruguay; Operations Manager in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania; and Plant Manager in Smithfield, Utah. His international journey continued in Madrid, Spain, where he served as Regional Operations Manager, later advancing to International Director of Operations, and ultimately Vice President and General Manager of Schreiber’s entire European business unit. He became a company officer in November 2018.
Upon returning to the U.S., Jason led the Foodservice Sales team as Senior Vice President, further demonstrating his versatility and leadership across both operations and commercial functions. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Europe and Asia beginning in 2020 before being appointed Executive Vice President and President of EMEA & Latin America in 2024.
Outside of work, Jason is deeply committed to his community. He serves on the board of the Boys & Girls Club of the Bay and Lakes Region and is the President of a youth group, mentoring over 150 young men aged 11 to 18 as they prepare for life’s challenges.
Jason holds both a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an MBA from Utah State University (USU) in Logan. A former football player for the Aggies, he proudly bleeds Aggie blue.
He and his wife, Carolyn, live in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with their three daughters and one son. Their family life is full of energy, often spent racing between sporting events on nights and weekends. Jason also enjoys triathlons, golf, and exploring the great outdoors.
