Israel Santiesteban-Barrientos is a known Senior Executive with over 2 decades of experience in major CPG and Dairy companies. Mr. Santiesteban started his journey in Supply Chain raw milk planning, Farm Management, Dairy Commodities, among other and eventually performed as Global Dairy Category Director contributing to the development of Super High Premium infant formula segment by leading the use of Milk fractions and functional ingredients; Israel has since led Supply End to End teams including Plan, Source, Make Delivery, Quality, Customer Service, R&D and Innovation functions with a distinct transformation and innovative sourcing solutions. Nowadays Israel holds the position of Vice President Commodities, Ingredients and ESG at The Kraft Heinz Company where he is responsible for Cheese, Dairy, Coffee, crops, ingredients, formulations, Meat, ESG and Animal Welfare.

Israel holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering by the Tec de Monterrey and has graduate studies in Krannert School of Management Purdue and Transformational Leadership in Vienna, Austria.

Personally, He enjoys time with his wife and twin kids in Chicago and actively engage in the support of refugee families, sports and wellness.
