Greg is a lifelong resident of southwest Missouri and has spent his entire working career in the dairy industry. Greg began working for Hiland Dairy over 30 years ago beginning in 1985. Following his high school graduation from Willard, MO, he went on to Missouri State University where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Business. After working in the lab at the Springfield plant for two years, Greg was promoted to Plant Supervisor and then on to management over Corporate Quality Control in 1989. Today, he is the Director of Operations over all 16 manufacturing facilities of Hiland Dairy.
Greg is very active in the dairy industry serving as Vice President of the Missouri Dairy Products Association, sits on the Missouri State Milk Board and the Quality and Food Safety Committee as well as being a member of the Board of Directors of the QCS Purchasing Organization.
Greg and his wife Wendy of 17 years reside in Bois D’ Arc, MO, and are proud parents of three sons, two daughters, and 4 grandchildren.
