A graduate of the University of Iowa with a B.B.A. degree, Mr. Hoeger joined the former Swiss Valley Farms in 2001. In 2004, he became Director of Sales and a part of the co-op’s Executive Management Team. In 2008, he became VP of Procurement and Member Relations. Mr. Hoeger led the company through a merger with Prairie Farms Dairy in 2017 and now serves as the president of Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc. Cheese Division. He has 18 years of dairy industry experience in sales, procurement and executive leadership.
