Bill Graham is the CEO of Bel Brands USA, where he joined in 2018. Bel Brands is the US subsidiary of Group Bel (founded in 1865), which has its global headquarters in Suresnes, France. Bel is a major player in the dairy single-serving portion and healthy fruit and snacking industry and is the third largest branded cheese company in the world with operations in 130 countries. Guided by its new corporate mission, For All For Good, Bel’s focus is to promote healthier, more responsible and more accessible food for all consumers worldwide.
Bill joined Bel Brands from MOM Group-Materne, GoGo Squeez North America where he held the role of President. In that role, Bill led the company for nearly 5 years through its most dynamic and challenging growth period to date.
Prior to GoGo Squeez, Bill spent 7 years with Beiersdorf (Nivea, Eucerin, Aquaphor brands) where he was the President of its North American management unit. He began his career in the food business with Unilever, where he held a variety of Sales leadership roles across the United States and in its corporate headquarters.
Bill received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, and his MBA in finance and marketing from NYU’s Stern School of Business in New York City, NY. He also served three years on the national board of directors for the non-profit charity organization Big Brothers, Big Sisters.
Bill and his wife Karen are the proud parents of three daughters, and enjoy golfing, playing tennis and traveling. The family is rounded out with two American Lab Rescue dogs, Nelly and Cole.
