As Managing Director, Auke will be responsible for developing and ensuring the realization of the North America Sales strategy across all business groups (segments), optimize North America distribution network and partners to grow the business, evaluate plant and dairy protein companies for partnerships or acquisition, manage P&L, develop and coach commercial team on product knowledge and value based selling techniques and develop their understanding of market insights. Outside of commercial responsibilities, the Managing Director serves as an Officer of the company and has oversight for US manufacturing site, serving the infant and early life nutrition markets, located in Delhi, New York.
