IDFA has partnered with the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW) to update our members on the rapidly evolving Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) landscape and the opportunity for companies to engage in active litigation efforts.

The session is designed for IDFA members tracking EPR legislation and evaluating whether to participate in coalition-based legal and policy efforts. NAW will provide a real-time update on the status of EPR litigation, what companies should expect next, and how interested members could join NAW’s broader coalition strategy.

The goal of the webinar is to give IDFA members a clear understanding of:

  • The current EPR litigation landscape;
  • Why EPR is a growing concern for manufacturers, distributors, and other channel partners;
  • How NAW is leading legal challenges in key states;
  • What participation in NAW’s coalition efforts looks like;
  • And how companies can have a seat at the table as these cases develop.
