For dairy, full-fat products are back on the table. Last month, headlines in The New York Times and Time magazine generated significant buzz regarding a comprehensive study linking full-fat dairy foods consumption to a reduced risk for cardiovascular disease. At the same time, the administration announced plans to consider research on the role that different types and sources of dietary fats play in a healthy diet.

Nina Teicholz, investigative journalist and author of “The Big Fat Surprise,” has joined Dairy Forum 2019’s powerful program to help dairy companies take advantage of this emerging shift in nutrition science and policy. She will share how dairy companies can use new science on nutrition to advance existing brands and guide innovation efforts.
