IDFA is joining with Chestnut Labs again to offer “Microbiological Testing: A Hands-On Food Safety Course,” November 6-8 in Springfield, Missouri.
“We developed this training exclusively for dairy industry professionals who need the tools to help build and maintain a strong food safety program in their plants,” said John Allan, IDFA vice president of regulatory affairs and international standards. “The course offers specific training on pathogens of concern to the dairy industry and teaches practical skills to help identify, test for and mitigate microorganisms in a dairy manufacturing environment.”
