In a few days, I’ll be heading to Boston for the
American Dietetic Association’s 93rd annual Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo (FNCE), which runs November 5-9. This is the world’s largest meeting for food and nutrition experts, with more than 10,000 attendees and many educational sessions, along with exhibits from a variety of food and nutrition-related companies.
The sessions will touch on topics such as the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, school meals and snacks, dietary sugars, vitamin D, childhood obesity and food reformulation to lower fat, sugar and sodium. I’ll report back on what I learn that will relate to dairy foods.
Are you attending FNCE? What topics would you most like to hear about after the conference?
