Amazon’s purchase of Whole Foods last summer may have rocked the retail world, but it delighted consumers who are increasingly buying products online. Do your products and delivery systems match these market changes and consumer demands? Will they adapt to the future of retail technology? To help members meet the challenge, IDFA’s Dairy Forum 2018, Jan. 21-24, will feature remarks from one of the leading authorities on retail growth strategies.

Dan O’Connor, president and CEO of RetailNet Group, will share his insight and research on evolving markets, consumer trends and the ever-changing face of retail in a lunch session Monday, Jan. 21.

O’Connor and his firm work with large scale retailers and brand leaders worldwide, including Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy and Home Depot. He also is the founding “dean” of the Retail Leadership Program at the University of California – Los Angeles Anderson School of Management.

More than 1,000 dairy leaders are expected to convene at Dairy Forum 2018 to shape the future of dairy with help from top government officials, successful dairy company leaders, renowned market experts and famous forecasters. It will be held January 21-24 at the J.W. Marriott Desert Springs in Palm Desert, California.
