Thomas Perry, chairman emeritus and former president and CEO of Perry’s Ice Cream, Inc., passed away this month at the age of 76.

As the third in four generations of leaders at the family business, Perry helped triple the company’s production capacity and modernized its operations.

As chair of the International Ice Cream Association from 1999 to 2001, he made significant contributions to the association and received a Soaring Eagle Award from IDFA in 2001.
