Expanded Newsletter with Advertising Options to Start Next Week

For more than a decade, IDFA has published two distinct newsletters: IDFA News Update Headlines covering the association’s priorities, activities and successes, and IDFA SmartBrief offering company news, industry trends and advertising. After today, IDFA will combine the broad editorial content of these two publications into one expanded IDFA newsletter, which will be emailed to all members every Thursday.

“While we appreciated the business relationship IDFA had with SmartBrief, we’ve been searching for an outstanding digital media publisher to help IDFA integrate our communications, offer members more opportunities to connect and generate non-dues revenues for the association,” said Neil Moran, IDFA senior vice president of finance, administration and trade show. “We are pleased to announce our partnership with MultiView, the association world’s largest business-to-business publisher, and look forward to offering members an enhanced array of tools that they can use.”

MultiView has a long history of aggregating relevant industry content and offering advertising positions in association publications.

IDFA Newsletter

The expanded newsletter, launching May 4, will feature a members-only version, as well as a nonmember version. It will combine regular association news with the industry highlights and trends that you’re been reading in SmartBrief. This will be the only newsletter offered by IDFA. Premier ad placement will be available starting May 4.

Audra Kruse, IDFA manager of communications, will be the editor of the newsletter, working alongside Bianca Gibson, executive editor at MultiView. If you have editorial questions, contact Kruse at akruse@idfa.org.

The association also will offer suppliers the opportunity to highlight core messages with banner ads located throughout the IDFA website. More advertising opportunities are coming soon with the all-new IDFA Online Buyers’ Guide, which will be accessible on the website. Dairy foods buyers count on the guide to put them in touch with suppliers for all their project needs, and the ads will provide targeted information and highlight new products and services.
