The latest issue of "Dairy Research Insights" includes news of researchers in Brazil who evaluated the relationship between dairy consumption and certain types of cancer.

The researchers said consuming dairy products may decrease the risk of bladder, breast and colon cancer. They also found that cultured milk, yogurt and low-fat dairy products seem to be the best choices for reducing the risk of cancer and other diseases.
