Dan Glickman, former U.S. secretary of agriculture and co-chair of AGree, a foundation for transforming food and ag policy, believes the country is facing many important issues that will "require different types of policies than we've pursued in the past."

A keynote speaker for IDFA's 2012 Dairy Forum, Glickman explains in a new video (#4) that "periods of high supply are probably over" and global demand for nutritious foods will double by 2050. Attendees will learn more about the geopolitics of food and dairy's growing role in the global market during Dairy Forum, January 15-18, at the La Quinta Resort & Club in La Quinta, Calif.
