The National Milk Mustache "got milk?®" Campaign and USA TODAY featured the 2010 Scholar Athlete Milk Mustache of the Year (SAMMY) Awards in a full-page ad on last Friday. The SAMMY Award scholarships are given annually to 25 outstanding high school athletes who are top performers in athletics, academics, leadership and community service and who include milk on their training tables.
Each winner received a $7,500 college scholarship and attended a series of events last weekend at Disney World, including a special ceremony hosted by Chauncey Billups, Denver Nuggets point guard, and Shawn Johnson, Olympic gold medal gymnast.
