Zach Waite is the Director of Strategic Growth and Innovation at the Hershey Creamery Company, makers of Hershey’s Ice Cream. He has spent nearly two decades with the company helping to drive sales growth and territory expansion through a range of strategic projects. Zach is a member of the 4th generation of family leadership at the Creamery and his contributions to new products, programs, and equipment have been instrumental in the organization’s revenue doubling in just the last 10 years.
Zach holds a bachelors degree in Digital Media Studies and a minor in Leadership from the University of Denver. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Northeastern University. Most recently he is a proud member of the IDFA’s Next Generation Leadership Program.
