Michael Peauroi was born and raised in the business, but began his full time career a few years after completing college at the University of California, Davis. After obtaining a degree in Electrical Engineering, he spent several years in the professional audio industry, but ultimately returned to his roots heading the operations at Scott Brothers back in 1994.
Michael currently oversees the day to day operations of the creamery and spends a fair amount of time as a computer, database, and PLC programmer. In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, Sydney, Payton, and Alexander.
