Mike joined Schreiber Foods, Inc. in 2011 as a Commodity Risk Manager and is currently the Team Manager responsible for expanding customer dairy forward contracting programs in both the U.S. and across the globe. Mike holds 18+ years of Risk Management experience, spending much of his earlier career within the energy industry where he specialized in natural gas, power and fuel derivatives.
Mike serves as an adjunct professor at Concordia University of Wisconsin where he specializes in the development and teaching of the Risk Management curriculum. He started his education career teaching MBA-Corporate Risk Management and has since expanded with the university to include multiple economics and finance courses.
