Kelly Kerrigan is the Director of Human Resources at Michigan Milk Producers Association where she negotiates union contracts with MMPA plants, manages employee benefits and serves as a resource to MMPA’s 600 employees. With previous experience working in the automotive industry, Kelly transitioned to dairy in 2019 after joining MMPA. Kelly is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a master’s degree in human resources administration and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan Dearborn in workforce development.
