Kathleen Noble Wolfley serves as Senior Economist and Research Specialist at Blimling and Associates. In her role she covers all the key dairy markets, leading Blimling’s publication and research platform. From following the gyrations in the butter markets to talking about nuances of cheese prices, Kathleen is focused on providing clients easy to understand, and actionable insights and commentary. Kathleen graduated from Cornell University and spent four years at Leprino Foods before joining Blimling in 2013. Blimling and Associates is a 15 person firm that strives to provide clients with the tools necessary to successfully navigate the global dairy markets.
