Josie Greve-Peterson is the Corporate Microbiologist for PSSI Food Safety Solutions where she develops and implements strategies and programs to mitigate food safety risks, which includes providing microbiological and technical assistance. Josie has a B.S. and M.S. degree in microbiology and has been supporting the food industry for more than 11 years in various quality management and food testing roles.
