Dominic J Garza has served on many councils and boards over the past 2 decades, spending a majority of his career as a Tier II & Tier I automotive supplier manufacturing welding assemblies and metal stampings. Sitting on the Executive Sales Committee for the OESA (Original Equipment Suppliers Association) as well as Executive Leadership Cohorts it has afforded him many opportunities further gain market intelligence in his field as well as commodity index knowledge. Dominic has managed operations internationally and domestic across that what is now the USMCA region. (Previously NAFTA). Working internationally has broaden his experience in local/state/provincial laws and ordinances.
Now serving as the Chief Operating Officer for House of Flavors, a Protein Foundation Company, he’s using his skillset to further drive his enterprise as a leading supplier in the co-packer ice cream segment. He’s a recently become a member of IDFA and has been gleaning much of the dairy industry finding may parallels to the automotive market. He looks to continue his education in this sector by partnering more with IDFA and expanding his involvement. Dominic attended Davenport University with a concentration in Business Management as well as Keller Graduate School of Management focusing on Business Intelligence & Analytics.
