Brian Sweet currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Shehadey Family Foods Companies (including Producers Dairy, Umpqua Dairy, Model Dairy, Berkeley Farms), having served in this capacity for approximately 5 years. Brian has over 22 years of financial reporting, accounting, internal control, compliance and audit experience. Prior to joining Shehadey Family Foods, Brian worked at two of the Big-4 accounting firms, including both as a Director in the Global Capital Markets Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a Partner in KPMG’s National Office whereby he led accounting, auditing, and internal control projects with some of the largest companies in the United States and Europe. In these roles, Brian developed extensive financial reporting and accounting experience and worked across multiple industries.
Brian was born and raised in the Central Valley of California and is a very active part of the local community, serving in a variety of areas including as the Vice President of the Notre Dame Alumni Club for Central California. Brian graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting in 2000 and passed the CPA exam in 2001. Brian has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 21 years and is the proud father of 3 children.
