President/CEO of Baker Cheese. Baker Cheese is a 4th generation family owned cheese manufacturer located in St. Cloud, WI. The company has been making cheese for over 100 years at its current location. Brian has been active in Wisconsin state dairy organizations for many years and was previously a member of the National Cheese Institute board of directors.
